Are bullies responsible when their targets finally snap?

Tonite's episode of STANDOFF was about a group of kids who finally snapped after years of abuse by classmates.
Liberals always blame the guns in such cases. Some people blame only the kids that snap.
I blame the bullies and school bureaucrats that grant special rights to those who bu;lly and leave the good kids that are the targets of bullies to fend for themselves.
It is a twisted workd when a student getting beaten also gets suspended if he raises a finger even to block a punch. Doing anything to stop a beating is "fighting."

It is the duty of school adminstrators and teachers to prevent the jerks from violating the rights of other students to an education. But instead, they only "protect" the rights of the bullies to stay "mainstreamed" when these thugs should be segregated in a special school for kids unable to conform their behavior. All a parent has to do the get these special rights for their kids is see s shrink. The brat becomes a special ed case.

At least I don't worry too much about my son getting physically hurt because he is well trained
to defend himself. He also knows that so long as the bullying it just talk, they are just trying to provoke him into striking first. He is much taller than the kids trying to provoke him. They do
not know the price they will pay if they strike first. They dare not find out because in the spring here will be testing for second degree black belt.
